REQUEST A MEDRUNNER TEAM

Our automatic dispatcher system is not yet integrated into the website. You will have to use our bot on our Discord server. In the future, emergencies will be handled through the website.

We only service Star Citizens LIVE servers. Do not create an in-game rescue beacon when calling Medrunner.

  1. Connect to our Discord server
     

  2. Run the /emergency command within the #report-emergency channel and follow the instructions
     

  3. Accept Friend request and party invite in-game
     

  4. Communicate with your assigned Medrunner team in the #emergency channel.

ATTENTION: We do not respond to real-world emergencies.
